Total body workout. Weekly workouts will include various interval based training using the rowing machine and functional strength training.
Ascend Bootcamp
Running and walking stairs builds aerobic endurance, glute, hip and quad strength. This class incorporates stair running and hiking with upper and lower body and core circuits. Be prepared to have fun while getting an amazing workout. All levels encouraged and welcome!
Strength~Bars&Bells / Barbell Strong
Class focuses on strength training with the barbell and a mixed equipment circuit with kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight.
Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning
Fundamentals of kettlebell movements, creative and dynamic workouts incorporating the kb deadlift, swing, squat, press, clean, snatch and bodyweight movements, through single movements or a flow of various movements put together.
Girls Who Lift & Boys Strength & Conditioning
Strength building with barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. Speed and polymetric work to improve sports performance.
Row / Row & Core
An energetic hour rowing machine workout that includes a warmup, rowing workout and cool down.
Calm & Strong
A combination of circuit training and yoga bundled into a challenging
and relaxing hour.

An hour of unstructured time to do what you wish!
